how is this even legal? ebay doesn't allow such a shady practice and no online platform should
they can pack anything into the "mystery box" and call it as fulfilling the obligations of the sale
the funny thing is every single one of the reviews are for items that are very expensive and could never be given with the asking price
there are no reviews from those who received less expensive items

Yes, it is illegal. So, these store's start & close within a few days or months once they are getting customer complaints as 'not received'

Actually, most of these thieves don't ship items(even cheap ones).

Please note that all the reviews are fake ones from their fake accounts. In this case, we can see the seller has used only 1 Russian account to add reviews.
So, with time most the buyers identify & open a dispute.
Finally, the store will be deleted.
But they may be doing this again & again by new selling accounts.
Anyway, this kind of works are impossible on eBay due to their AI technology.
