VPN tunnel එකක් කියන්නේ device එක සහ VPN server එක අතර හැදෙන encrypted connection එකටනේ.

ඒත් ඔයා මෙතන කියන්නේ VPN එකකින් නොමිලේ internet යන්න පුළුවන් කියලා.
ඒක වෙන්න පුලුවන්ද සහ ඒ කොහොමද?

Actually SLT has already done it but still we can download stuff via VPN But it is getting more of a hassle now and SLT is burning a lot of money to do that

yeah they will, but I don't think they can do it in near future. only way to achieve this is by using deep learning. deep learning models are never 100% accurate and even if they train a really accurate model still it's gonna take up lot of resources to run millions of internet traffic through the model. unless vpns effects thier revenue in very significant way they will not go for such a exterme lengths.
