I never say it was wrong. Those fuckers are too immature to know when to quit. They don't what needs to be given priority. They don't know what the solution is either.
For me right now a government with people who know how shit works is the best bet for SL. We need foreign assistance and we need people who can get that for us. We also need a strong opposition to keep the government in check. We also need to make some changes so that in future things might get better.
Ranil Wickramasinghe is set to take oaths as the Prime Minister today evening. This is why it is terrible for the country. Why Sajith Premadasa refused: GR wanted 15 cabinet ministers to be from SLPP, only 5 were allowed from SJB. GR declined to let go of executive powers.
Sajith Premadasa refused to take on the Premiership without GR accepting the conditions set forth by him. These conditions mostly aligned with what the GotaGoGama protestors were asking for. GR refused all the conditions and it seemed like he was going to influence all the way.
Ranil has agreed to take on the premiership without setting any conditions and will have the full backing of the SLPP. Ranil has betrayed the voice of the people so he could clinch his power hunger. Appointing Ranil as PM is the way out for the Rajapaksa family. We are doomed.
