Checkout some reviews guys. Google and Facebook. Ull know how they get their reviews done through staff. They ask their own staff to do surveys to get awards in the industry. Below is my personal experience I wish to share with this forum for anyone with commitments having to leave a FT job for contract. This is no personal attack at anyone. I have published this on Google as well as Facebook for others to be aware of and for them to know what they get into at a crisis like this post Covid and political instability. I worked for Gapstars for 1year and it was the WORST experience ever with the horrible HRBPs they have and the experience they gave post my resignation. They never take responsibility of their employees and are so careless in their job roles. They request their own Recruiters and Marketing team to publish Positive Google/ Facebook and Glassdoor reviews and GreatPlaceToWork to convince and cover their mistakes and look good in the IT industry in competence with the leading multinational companies. Only focused on reselling resources to their clients overseas for better hike. Once their clients discontinue projects due to Gapstars internal issues, they will immediately fire you. They do not mediate any communication between the client and employee.So you do not know if your contract is renewed or terminated. This happened to many past employees of Gapstars. Worst Recruitment and Operations of a company to come across. They do not even settle their contractual obligations after you resign. They will come up with one or the other policy update to get rid of your payment settlements. Their CEO or CFO are so irresponsible in their roles and has no understanding of Sri Lankan Labor Law or Regulations. Moreover, they do not settle their ETF claims for some resources in the company or provide payment receipts issued by ETF board. They say they have misplaced them. Can anyone think of a HR that says they have misplaced such important documents of an employee? There is no Head of Human Resources in this company take responsibility of HR function. Worst small scale IT Business in Sri Lanka. I am ashamed to even list Gapstars as an employer.

Bro don't get me wrong!! This was basically what I observed! I have very good connections with IT industry as been involved more than 10 years now, never heard or seen that someone complained from their about people are sacked cuz of project terminations. Also, I called some people there and u know what they told?? No projects were terminated last year as well as this year!!
They told that there were incidents like that they heard when Gapstars started the company long time back. But now it's all good and all!!
Anyway for any company before you accepting the job offer, do a proper background check. And also ask whatever the questions beforehand as well!!!

TFSIt is not good as people commented on glassdoor and other places.
I got an offer and asked one of my friends who used to work there, according to him,
- most of the positions are contract basis
- office experience depends on the client and most clients are not pleasant to work with
- there is a lot of political drama going on and people got fired due to political reasons
