This is highly recommended for above 60's. Most data was supplied from Israel and the analysis shows that Seven to 30 days after the fourth jab was given – compared to someone given a third shot – the relative effectiveness was 45 per cent against infection, 55 per cent against symptomatic disease, 68 per cent against hospitalisation, 62 per cent against severe disease and 74 per cent against death.

Data from more than 1.2 million people in Israel and found those who had received three doses were 3.5 times more likely to develop severe illness than those who had been given four jabs during the Omicron wave. It found there were 177 infections per 100,000 people who had received a fourth dose. That compared to 361 per 100,000 in the group that had three jabs.
The level of T-cells also increased after a fourth dose of either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, suggesting more lasting immunity.

The problem is that for how long the effectiveness will last. It will gradually wane away, probably after 8 weeks or so and depends on your age. There's no reliable data available from other vaccine types.

To Boost or Not to Boost is a big question.
