You have to have Higher Diploma + 5 yrs of Work experience
Even that Your MSc won't be validated since only you could get it with some kind of Organization offering Degrees for money without properly evaluating the students

I don't think you can get an MSc. But may be you can get an MBA without BSc. For that you need to have working experience in an executive level. Perhaps you would need some kind of a diploma too.

There are Institutes offer MSc for ones with Higher diploma + 5 years work experience.
Anyway you don't have to have any qualification. Just tell them you'll handover the diploma certificate later + ask for the work experience from a company you know

නෑ බං, MSc. තියෙනවා, project management, finance, GIS එහෙම දෙන්නෙ MSc. අරක නම් MHRM. පොඩ්ඩක් හොයල බලපන්. ඔය මම කලින් කියපුවට BSc. අත්‍යාවශ්‍ය නෑ.

Hari Private university ekakawath ehema denne na
Upadi kadayakin thama ganna wenne. Awrudu 1 1/2n gannath puluwan
