I, myself with 3.5 years exp get 1.05 Mil. SSE in DevOps.

not sure about that ... but only handful of people get to those positions .. after working for like 20 years ... same like any other organization .. i don't see what is the fuss about all top management people get that kind of package in any organization

How do you come with that number?

No. There are 125 electrical engineers from our batch and non of them are employed in CEB. CEB also hires civil engineers and have same salary scales. Called cvs multiple times and never called anyone fore interviews. Giyath CEB eke engineers lage adurana unta lamainta thama priority denne ahala thiyana widihata. Civil over electrical no regrets. Civil over CS massive regrets though
