That looks similar to model reference SRPD73K. If so, it should be a 4R36 movement with hacking, manual winding, day/date etc...

Only downside is that the crystal is Hardlex (not Sapphire). Very difficult to get a 42mm Seiko with a sapphire crystal at this price point, so not a big issue. This is a good solid watch for the money i think. 42.5mm case diameter is not small, but may work well for you based on wrist size.

There are so many different color/strap/material combinations of this design, so you can shop around. Have a look in here to get an idea..

I also like the smaller sized (39mm) resin cased design. should be extremely light and comfortable for daily wear. Kind of cool to have a resin case in an automatic watch me thinks:
