i bought an infra red cooker from a seller on daraz in November last year.
recently the top glass lid has got detached.
i tried to bond it using multibond but it wouldn’t bond.
so since it had 2 years seller warranty I contacted daraz and they gave me the seller’s details to contact directly for warranty.
but no answer from seller. They closed shop and disappeared.
so contacted daraz again.
and they asked me to return it for warrant.
guy came and picked it up but after a few days daraz said return rejected after inspection of the cooker.
So i called them directly and said the lid is coming off, using it like this is dangerous and cannot be bonded.
so they checked again and then agreed for full refund.
So best customer service from Sri Lankan online store Ponnayo!
