OUSL is an internal degree, and Japura is an external degree, so the certificate will mention those differences. Both Unis are good; both degrees must be learned through self-study; there will be no lectures. so both will be really hard. My cousin sister enrolled in the OUSL natural science degree program in botany specialization; it took around 6 years to complete.

Internal degree ඔක්කොම. හැබැයි ජපුර රෑන්කින් වලින් සෑහෙන උඩ සහ ousl එකට වඩා පිලිගැනීම වැඩි යුනි එකක්.

My choice is doing jpura if u wish to self study or consider CASL,AATSL,NSBM for academic study. Try to avoid open much as possible since it lacks proper academic support but have to pay course fees. Open is good for "advanced entry" students like teachers, scientific fields, engineering diploma holders those who want complete awards in regulated fields. Commerce is much open subject then.

Why don't you do a professional qualification in Accounting such as CA, ACCA, CIMA? They are more recognized than a degree and have better employment prospects.

If you want to get degree within 4 years you should do japura or kelani external. Kelani is more speedy and supporting. They hv many management, art, commerce, account degrees. Ousl takes more time
