Check whether the power supply is on or not. You can use the paper clip method to turn on the PSU. If it is not working, borrow the PSU and check. That can confirm whether the PSU, motherboard, or allied parts were shorted or not. However, I suspect there are still water droplets, so prevent turning them on. If you have a hair dryer, you can disassemble all the parts, dry out all the parts, and check again.
