interns = gewanne naha + training... training complete karagaththata passe wena e wata yanawa.. trainee = sal ekak denawa (without EPF/ETF) but probation, training eka + after trainee period if you performed well, then you will be promoted to ASE level(with EPF/ETF) with an agreement of minimum (most of the companies its 2 years) you have to work with the employer (this doesn't mean you have to stick with the ASE sal, depends on your performance you will get sal increments + promotions). In our company we do not hire interns cz its time wasting but most of the SL IT companies specially who doing local IT businesses only hire interns not trainees.
