මල්ලිට ෆිට් එක ඇවිල්ලා 12feet balcony එකකින් වැටුණා
එයා තනියම නැගිටලා ඇවිල්ලා කාටවත් කියන්නේ නැතුව. ඒ ආපු එකෙන් තමයි හුගක් damage වෙලා තියෙන්නේ

Surgeries:
D5 laminectomy, D4 & D6 hemilaminectomy and decompression

CT scan:
5 of spinous processes of T2, T3, T4. Wedge compression of T4, T5, T6 vertebra. Mild spinal canal narrowing at T5 level
NCCT brain - Normal

Procedure & Finding:
patient prone position. Cleaned and draped. Midline incision. Level confirmed "C" arm. D5 laminectomy & D4 & D6 hemilaminectomy & decompression done. Haemostasias achieved. Lamina # identified at D4D5 Non suction drain inserted. Cord pulsatile. Small amount of blood in extradural space. Muscles + deep fascia. Vicryl deep fascia 30 vicryl. Skin 30 prolene.
