මේ සීන් එකනම් ඇත්ත තමා. මාත් Private Uni ගියේ. මම වැඩ කරන IT Company එකේ මොරටුවේ Engineering Degree තියෙන එවුන්ට පඩි අඩුවෙන් දෙන්නේ. ඒත් Same Degree තියෙන SLIIT එකේ එවුන්ට අරුන්ට වඩා පඩි ගොඩක් වැඩියි. මම මේක HR එකෙන් ඇහුවම උන් කිව්වෙත් Private අයගේ PR Skill එක වැඩි නිසා උන්ට පඩි වැඩියි කියලා.

මම හිතන්නේ, රජයේ එවුන්ට නිකන් උගන්වන නිසා කිසි උනන්දුවක් නෑ. ඒත් Private Universities වල ඉන්න අය ගෙදර මිනිස්සුන්ගේ සල්ලි වලින් ඉගෙන ගන්න නිසා, උන් ඒ සල්ලි වලට මාර වටිනාකමක් දෙනවා. ඒකයි උන්ගේ Overall Academic Performance, Government University Students ලට වඩා වැඩි.

අනික ඔය ගං කබරයොන්ට කඩ්ඩ බෑ. Private Universities වල ඉන්න එවුන්ගේ කඩ්ඩ සුපිරි. ඒ නිසා උන්ට Exams Nothing.

Its comparatively high, usually greater than 90%-95%. Main reason is government universities take the students with highest competence, scholarship and quality education resources.

But in the private universities graduate rates are comparatively lower due to various reasons such as incompetence (some of students struggle with maths and statics subjects), financial difficulties etc.

I don't say 100% private university students are incompetence, I have seen brilliant minds produced by private unis.

Yeah, absolutely. Support you get from batchmates, and seniors is enormous in government universities.
