Imagine someday India invades us. Would you justify their invasion by saying that they have the right to do so? Ukraine never had the intention to join NATO. It was Russia that convinced them to apply to NATO. After the Russian invasion, other former Soviet republics also decided to join NATO. Why is that?

    1.
Tensions came to a head in 2014 after Ukrainians ousted a Russia-aligned president. Russia – under the dubious claim of protecting ethnic Russians and Russian-speakers from Ukrainian persecution – annexed the Crimea region of Ukraine in a move widely condemned by the international community.
    2.
Russia wants to resist the further eastward expansion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), restore Russia's strategic depth, and reclaim its historical sphere of influence around its western borders. Ukraine is central to this goal.

    1. Why do you think we are neutral when it comes to matters concerning India and China? Answer is common sense which joker seriously lacks or he was fooled by NATO into thinking he can win the war or he betrayed his own country for NATO's money.

    2. "Relations between Ukraine and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) started in 1991 following Ukraine's independence after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Ukraine-NATO ties gradually strengthened during the 1990s and 2000s, and Ukraine aimed to eventually join the alliance. Although co-operating with NATO, Ukraine remained a neutral country. After it was attacked by Russia in 2014, Ukraine has increasingly sought NATO membership."

    So Ukraine started it.

    3. Do you think America will leave Canada alone if Canada tried to be friends with Russia?
