You need to figure out the balance between all those things. You cannot just remove things like that and utilize that time as additional time. The brain needs it.Back when i was 15, 16, 17 (peak teenage) all i did was enjoying games, movies, tv shows all day
but somehow i also had time to do O/Ls, A/Ls, improve IT skills, read books, (and even to write erotica)
Since last year, said goodbye to TV shows, also limited the amount of games i play
crazy thing is nothing changed, Ackchyually things got much worse
my productivity went downhill, lost track of time, stressed, and bored
Got some James Paterson books last week, still couldn't finish them; 16-year-old me would read that whole book within 8 hours
tons of Udemy, Google courses abandoned
i did dump games, tv shows for nothing? but to become a time wasting redditor

But what you can do is to try doing things you consider "waste of time" while doing something that doesn't get affected by it.
Eg: I watch a TV series episode every day when I do my treadmill run. It is a win-win
