Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon Recommendation for a CA Tongue

I'm looking for a Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for a serious operation in tongue (carcinoma of the tongue). So far I got Dr. P. KIRUPAKARAN. Patient will visit this doctor soon. Just looking for if there is any better recommendations ?

Patient had this back in 2003, 2011 and 2014. Each time small part (1-2cm) removed from the tongue. Now it's back again and probably a Cancer Recurrence.
