Didn't know if that's the case, how am I supposed to know the value attributed to the make, model and the year of the car by the insurance had changed they didn't notify me anything when I made my annual payment, they waited until I made a claim. Fortunately it was a minor accident, I would've lost much more than 12K for no fault of mine
