This is a model with a resin/plastic case from Seiko. As far as i know, the strap is made from a silicone rubber.

Seiko tried to do what Swatch did with the MoonSwatch (plastic case). These are extremely light, not exactly sure whether the model(s) got popular though.

This originally came with a titanium bracelet machang. Also had a resin/rubber strap

Depends on how you store them machang. Automatic watches walata wenma "winder boxes" thiyanawa. If you have quartz watches, it is better to change the battery atleast once in 2 or 3 years minimum if you are not using them

I strongly opposing a winder unless you have a mechanical perpetual calendar watch....
Constant running will reduce your service interval.
Newer watches have synthetic oils. so there s no need for regular 5year services.
With random use, service interval can be increased for More than 10 years.
