On top of that there's a LXT (Luxury tax)

*IMO the VAT calculation is wrong in this one, it should be VAT = 15% x (6,210,000 + 621,000 + 3,105,000) = 1,490,400 (If VAT = 15%. if it's 18% the VAT would be 1,788,480)
