වැඩ්ඩො බිහි වෙන්නෙ නෑ වැඩ්ඩොන්ට විශේෂ වරප්‍රසාදයක් නැති තැනක. මට මතකයි IT peak එක කාලෙ කියනව PhD කරල ආවත් intern කරල එන්න ඕනෙ. Qualifications නෙමෙයි සුපිරි ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් තමයි වැදගත් වගේ ඒවා. මේ කියන්නෙ paper qualifications තමයි වැදගත් කියන එක නෙමෙයි. ඒත් ඕනම field එකක වැඩ්ඩො බිහිවෙන්නෙ applications වල නෙමේ theory/concepts හරියට තේරුම් ගැනීම ඇතුලෙ. එහෙම මහන්සි වෙලා ඒවා කරගන්න උන්ට recognition එකක් නැති තැනක වැඩ්ඩො බිහි වෙන්නෑ. IT බාස්ලා තමයි බිහි වෙන්නෙ.

PhD කරල ආවත් intern ඉන්න ඕනි තමා. ඒක ඇත්ත කොහෙත් ඔහොම තමා. PhD කියන්නේ academic qualification එකක් ඒක කරල ආයේ ඩිමෝ යන්නේ නැතුව කෙලින්ම senior lecturer වෙන්න පුළුවන් ඒත් SSE, Ase, වෙන්න බෑ. එහෙම වෙනවා නන් intern එකේ training එක වෙනම අරගෙන එන්න ඕනි. නැත්තන් වෙන්නේ බැකෝ එකක් අරගෙන වල් ගලාවන වගේ වැඩ.

Hiring people & IT Leads often give priority to guys with good knowledge / understanding + experience , academic qualification + Good Attitudes.

Except the academic qualification, I got everything. So I deserve that much based on my experience
