Not an expert but it doesn't seem like a bird strike as they initially speculated but it got stalled somehow. Also looks like the plane is struggling to get airborne. It used the entire runway length. Sound is definitely worth investigating. If it's RAT then definitely an electrical fault may have occurred or engines stopped.

If we forget that lot of things could still go wrong here.

Engine surge.
Engines not producing enough thrust due to whatever reason
Airplane exceeding maximum take off weight
Cargo imbalance due to not securing them properly
Airplane not in takeoff configuration (due to pilot error or technical fault)
wind shear (unlikely)
Fuel contamination
Sabotage/cockpit intrusion
