due to the quality of the materials

They wouldn't have passed NCAP tests if they're not made well, both FronX and Magnite have been tested by Global and Japanese NCAP programmes

Considering how well the Balenos has done since 2016 the FronX should be even more reliable with its extra ground clearance and the conventional automatic transmission

So why is there a difference in prices with compared to Japanese vehicle?
will the pars last long like a japanses vehicle? specially the plastic parts.
I was also considering to buy this. but these are my concerns

The production cost is very high in Japan compared to India.
Indian-made vehicles are durable. They usually last more than 10 years.

You mean the FronX and the Taisor?

Oh come on, you honestly think that a Japanese vehicle baked under the SL sun for 10 years would have better quality plastics than a brand new FronX?

interior parts. I am talking durability. so don't compare with a brand new one. think after 5 years how will it be

I guarantee you that the interior plastics of a 2025 FronX would be in better condition in 2030 than the interior plastics of a 2015 Allion/Axio/Premio in 2030.
ok then no problem. I told what I felt after inspecting the vehicle. may be I am wrong

these can be happend in any vehicle. even in a High qulity BMW. and we don't the reason here

Yes, that's what happens when a vehicle is used by multiple owners over a decade or more so "interior plastics" isn't really a reason to buy a 10+ year old Japanese vehicle over a brand new Indian one (Which is also exported to Japan and rebadged by Toyota itself so I reckon that Japanese consumers and Japanese car companies are satisfied with its build quality - I don't know why Sri Lankans are being such snobs about it)

India has certainly gained a wealth of experience since it has been involved in vehicle manufacturing for a long time, but I still can't make up my mind about an Indian vehicle.

These 2 points are worrying me

    1. Tight Rear Headroom & Poor Visibility
    • "Very very low rear head room." Several Reddit users report discomfort, especially if you're over 5'10″—“tall people should avoid Fronx”
    • The rear window is small and slanted, reducing outward visibility; the interior rear-view mirror can block much of the view on sharp left turns

    2. Cost-Cutting in Build & Fit & Finish
    • Numerous users mention exposed metal–plastic joints, rattles, thin door panels and insufficient insulation under bonnet and boot: "The Fronx is a plastic can… with big gaps"
    • Reports of rattling after first service—loose paperwork or trunk trim—fueled concerns over long-term durability
