Pretty sure there's no "non-turbo" mode, it's already a very economical engine and turbo pairing + mild hybrid system in a 1000Kg car

Usually turbo activates when a certain rpm level is reached. In most cars it's somewhere between 1500 and 2000. A full time turbo would be a "Supercharger" where it activates right from the engine start. Usually found in some high end cars.

That guy isn't all there is he? 0W16 for a Turbo K10C?

5W30 is the correct viscosity.

This guy thinks he knows everything and some even believe it. Even for Baleno K10C it recommendeds 5W-30 in the manual.

In general, modern engines don't need turbo timers since they have methods to lubricate the turbo much better than the past. But it's a good practice to let the engine idle at least 10-15 seconds before turning off. Owners manual should specify it if required.
