Nope. If you're the nominee and your identification is in order (birth certificate, ID/licence etc) you don't need any other documentation

If you have mismatched names on your identification documents you'll have to provide affidavits and such

You'll have to file a testamentary case if the deceased didn't appoint a nominee and has assets worth more than 4mil, otherwise there's no issue (even if the value of the assets is over 4 mil)

Yes, full amount + interest (in case of FDs the interest will be calculated till the day of death and normal savings account interest rates will apply thereafter)
