Closer to the main city = more expensive = wealthy/ educated neighbours = comparatively less trouble

All major cities in the world were made due to their proximity to rivers or sea ports eg Colombo

Worst suburb I lived in Victoria was the new real estate Truganina, in the Melbourne west, full of junkies, back then

A good suburb would have all the amenities like a large shopping centre, a school system, a park etc., which are not easy to create, just because the population expands, into the regions

Lived in that well established suburb of Glen Waverley, in the Melbourne east for quite sometime and only got happy memories..

Until I myself faced hardcore racism, I did not believe lot of things I heard about them..
