Not sure about IT but if you have Big 4 accounting/ auditing experience, it's recognized anywhere in the world as comparable experience..

Like another member suggested salary could be lower than other entry level mercantile jobs such as in Banks

Culture could be a bit toxic, although not necessarily as you will be around colleagues from outstation with limited social skills but remember you got all your employment rights guaranteed under the Labour legislations, so do not be afraid to stand up for yourself..

A good place to build thick skin associated with team work, just like working as a Cadet in a military corps - also the hierarchy must be still based on seniority, so you would be going up the ladder with time..

If you can get through Chartered Accountancy or CIMA, while you are there you could end up able to apply for overseas work opportunities..

Two of my friends join with them. As far as I know it is ok. They give WFH. Learning opportunities. You have to work with Indian Solution Managers. But my friends are telling they can learn a lot. Salaries are also good

engineer? senior engineer? lead? or above?
