ඒ අද රැස්වූ ආණ්ඩුක්රම ව්යවස්ථා සභාවේදීය.
ඒ අනුව එල්. එස්. පී. ජයරත්න මහත්මියගේ නම ව්යවස්ථාධායක සභාව විසින් ඒකමතිකව අනුමත කර තිබේ.
