I just meant that Iran does not have the knowledge to obtain such good weapons to fight with Israel and the USA if they didn't get the support from Russia and China. Furthermore, they won't be able to get any accurate target locations by using their own intelligence services.
You are correct on the point that no one will be able to win a war against Iran if they had to fight using conventional weapons.
