Yeah, but in verbal terms, it's all about the level of intelligence. We could say "low level of intelligence" instead of "low IQ" but it's too harsh. The srilankan masses have a lower level of intelligence due to nutritional issues and food habits. The genetic weight of intelligence is worsened by food habits. (root cause of almost all of our problems)
