Apart from unhealthy food and substance abuse, how was their mental health..?

Were they going through Stress and other mental health issues..?

Apart from unhealthy food and substance abuse, how was their mental health..?

Were they going through Stress and other mental health issues..?

5 of my school mates passed away due to heart attacks and one survived. All of them, in late thirties, overweight, probably had unhealthy lifestyle. One was struggling financially but who knows he was going though a mental struggle , but he ignored the symptoms, went to the doctor for gastritis and died same night while sleeping, his friends noticed he was struggling and call the resident doctor but was too late. Another died last week, also whilst sleeping, his GF found the body next day. The one who survived, had family history, is overweight, drinking, doing drugs and maintained unhealthy lifestyle. probably going through depression. luckily he recognised the symptoms went to the GP next day, then emergency, got away with a stent.
all and all, stress was not majorly involved in my cases .
