Every aircraft has a speed that it should never exceed. If this speed is exceeded, anything could fail depending on the circumstances. If the aircraft nose dived 14,000 feet in 29 seconds with its engines still producing cruise power, it exerted a tremendous force on the airframe.View attachment 270564
How did the rudder break?
Even if the plane drops 14000ft in 29 secs, the rudder shouldn't break.
737 Max reliability?

Because if pilots were to deflect the rudder at extreme speeds then rudder would have been subjected to enormous pressures.True machan but my question how did it impact only the rudder and absolutely nothing else? Rudder is not the weakest part in an aircraft. the bulkheads and the wing attachments have a higher chance of breaking up.
Anyway I hope the authorities release the full CVR and the FDR data, instead of saying something stupid like the captain turned off the CVR CB.

Compared to wing roots and bulkheads, rudder flaps are certainly weaker. 737 did nothing wrong, in fact it did amazingly well given it was operated far beyond it's design limits.
