Let me tell you everything you need to know from my personal experience. BTW I’m not a doctor.
If you have no heart issues or any medications with nitrate in them, go for it. Cilagra 50mg is completely fine. I usually don’t take any other medication except omeprozole after a few hours because Cilagra gives me gastric and a slight headache at night or the day after.
