'Sitha Niwana Bhawana' is a Dhamma book, published by Mahamevnawa Amawatura Asapuwa, compiled based on the sermons delivered by venerable theros of Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery during the wassanaya of B.E.2552 at the Amawatura Asapuwa.
The book contains several deshanas based on some important Sutra Deshanas (such as - Kayagatasati Sutraya, Anapanasati Sutraya and Dutiya Gnanawattu Sutraya) and also explains in detail almost all the basic meditation methods.
