Ive just gone to order some marriage certificates on line from Dudley RO and they are £25 each...I thought the price was the same all over, ie about £7.............Can this be right? I was going to order 4.

thankz, but i do not have money to go above 12k, and for 20k i can get a e8200 with 6mb from petta. and i'm currently running E2180 @ 3.0 Ghz.
so if u can sell it max 12k i'm really interested.
