Opera is the fastest (and Chrome too) however both are incomplete with some webpages.
Firefox is a good browser which has many useful add-ons but it caches webpages unnecessarily and crashes always.
I have not used Safari.
So IE is the best one for me but I use both IE and Firefox. voted for IE.
