Proxy Site Help

guys now we all know some sites are ban in Sri lanka and still people can use proxy sites to by pass and log, but when i try to use proxy and log to some ban sites i cant watch the videos.

Error Messages comes " You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view this video. Click here to download.
You see this message either because your Flash Player is outdated or because you disabled JavaScript in your browser"

but i have Flash player installed and how many times i install this it wont work, havn same problem for me and my friends and im windows vista 64 bit with IE 8 and my friend windows XP with Firefox,

Tech experts please help to sort out this issue

    Ok you can view videos! Just you need to to enable java script on your browser and on that particular proxy site do not tic the [remove script] button , then you can view video files!

    firefox+tools+options+content
    then tick on enable java script!
    then when using the proxy

    Scroll down you will see it! anyhow normally on IE8 java is already enabled!

    Ok all you have to do is got to a proxy site,do not tik remove script button,then surf the net!
