agree with her idea's( she is my little sister ;p) .

well ,you say no GPRS , no HSPDA no SMS no MMS ?
well , then what is the use of a mobil phone ? Don't be like this. It's the wrong of the
internet service provider's or the network service provider's. If they selling the
SIM's to the younger generation they should filter those sites and sell it.it should
be implemented on the wap gateways and SMSC servers and their towers and
their side.Otherwise a student should have the right to fully access to wikipeadia ,
google , linux.org and so on..... there is no problem of using technology. Actually
it's an advantage.Think about a small girl writing an essay on Icetine , then she
can get more information using the internet. The government should talk
with the big companies like google , youtube and wikipeadia and come to an
agreement about this.the technologies can be implemented in the server side.and
those who violate it should be banned.

It's nothing wrong with the technology I agree .

I also ,I think still cell phone can't replace the purpose of a laptop computer.
so I take my mini Dynabook 2010 everywhere I go. and I'm also not using a
mobil.However new mobils mostely replace the work of the computer for a
simple internet user. Something like facebook , google , wiki and blogger email
user they can replace it. For advance users , mobil phone still can't replace. But
normal users can. So it's not a addiction , like they bring their cell phone I bring
my laptop computer. That's all. If you can't access to the technology easily , then
what is the purpose of the technology. Even for the KIDS technology should be
able to access.

to invoke constrains on mobil network service providers. If they provide GPRS
