there are ppl of different types , and don't ask do you? it's outside the scope of this
thread.when comming to the teenagers I mean under 18 when they sell a SIM they
should apply those constraints. It's under the child protection laws.even you don't
have the right to give a hyperlink that contains those suff to a child. So internet
service providers also can't. That's what I mean. Currently selling a SIM under
18 is illeagal in sri lanka. But they selling it , so they should implement that
infastructure for the kids with filters , but not like this , filtered oppsite political
views and unfiltered sex. what we need is filtered sexual context and not filtered
oppsite political freedom.

mobil phone from a student. So you can't bring a laptop computer to the school even then ????
