If i had to chose one i'd take total annihilation... was judged the best RTS game ever!!! and at the time, back in 1999 ekata gahanna deyak thibbe naa. I'm not judging simply by graphics becos it will keep improving, so the newer games will be always better. But considering the other games of the time and the efficiency of the use of resources.

otherwise i'd go with COD4
