PM Ratnasiri Wickremanayake made to give finger prints at airport in Japan

Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake who began a special tour to Japan today (5th) had to give his finger prints to authorities before he left the airport.
The Prime Minister who has gone to Japan on an official tour had to give his finger prints to authorities at the airport. Making the Prime Minister to give his finger prints while he was at the VIP lounge has become an issue by now.

Normally a VIP of a country is not made to go through normal procedure at any airport and this is the first time a senior leader of a country on an official visit had been made to give his finger prints.

Sri Lankan representatives in Japan have taken measures to complain to Japanese authorities regarding the incident. The reason for taking finger prints from the Prime Minister has not been revealed yet.

Whats the big deal.... Whats wrong with giving few finger prints when entering a country. They take it for their security purposes.

What i believe is that no mater how VIP the person is he/she has to honour the countries security measures. Our so called VIPs also should be humble enough to not to make it a big deal.

We all know the character of our PM nyway.
