Help on Buying a 20+ inch LCD Monitor

@ins Acer seems to be one of the cheapest deals in newegg, but in SL acer and sam both are having almost the same price. so then, i thought i would go for a sam. the general public's opinion is in favor of sam. but it might just be that acer and sam are pretty much the same. even then for a person in SL it won't make much of a difference because of the price.
and the t240 is over 40K in barclays...
@Nuwanddi yes machan i told him. he asked me is it the nuwan from {some place in SL}, i was like err.... and then i said its the nuwan from moratuwa (as thats what you have in EK) then he recognized you.

i brought the 2233SW (actually its a 2233SWPlus, basically all the same specs other than 50000:1 DC. btw its made in malaysia), got it from a place called http://www.techgsmsl.com/. it was 24K. the box was already open when i went to the shop. it is ok so far don't know if these guys tricked me for something 
anyways so far i am happy. it looks really huge to me. currently i am running on a dsub cable. need to get a dvi cable. but don't know where to check. any places you guys know of?

hey u shuld get DVI cable with LCD ne. they must have took it b4 u go hehe. ive got one DVI and one Dsub from barclays.
may be :/ on the manual it says DVI cable is optional, so if i ask them they would tell me that they didn't get any

24 inch is the 'crown of the jewel' as of now (in SL... i think). so they keep a higher profit margin from it (i think thats how people at unity/or anywhere in SL do biz).
about the DVI cable... yeah its confusing.. because it won't cost samsung much to include one in every monitor sold in every region... don't know why... cost cutting may be?
