Need a Config for a new PC - Help me with the Prices

Guys I need a config for a PC under 15K. These are the parts I need with prices and models.
* CPU (It's better if its a Intel Core2)
* Mobo(VGA inbuilt-no cash for separate, any MOBO)
* RAM(1GB DDR2 800MHz).

I know this budget is nothing, but its for one of my friends. I want a somewhat powerful config with the prices+models.

If you look around I'm sure you can buy those for less than 15k .

But not with a Core 2, a Core 2 Duo alone will cost you almost 15k.
