nope..bt u can write for the test @ 17 and get a Lerners Licence ..which means u always have to attach the L bords given by them and there must be a person who has a driving licence @ the pacenger seat whith u...then as soon as u turn 18 u can get ur licence ..

and if ur 18+ also if u do ur witing test today u must wait 3months to show the trials..
