how to uninstall spyware doctor!!!

hi every one,
please can any one tell me how to uninstall completely! (I mean completely) including the registry entries, please tell me. When my installed spyware doctor 6 key got expired, It asked me to renew. Now when I tried to uninstall the previous version and installed the new starter edition which is free, even then also it asked me to directly renew my previous key. so please for god sake any one help me in this regard. since I searched every where in google with no results.
