there is a option called customize
when you select that a window pops out and in that there is a blank space called "hide from" under that type in the user name of the friend you want to hide the info from

as far as my knowledge.. U cant restrict ur freinds list for others. even others can see ur freinds list even b4 they are freinds with u.. if u want to restrict ur friends list to a another friend who is already on ur friends list... but u can this to ur foto albums... u can restrict & select only freinds can see this album...
