People, most of them are having the problem "Why I should vote for SF?", well I'm giving you fair excuses here >
No Remedy For the Root Cause :
For nearly 2 decades the civil war almost destroyed Sri Lankan's life's with its dark hazards ways. Many killings took place for Sinhalese & Tamils. Most of the politicians forget the root cause of the war after coming to the power. The war is over some how but you should asks yourself is this problem OVER?, Well no my friends there will be more & more problems in the future if we not cure the root cause. What is this root cause "Ethnic Conflict". Populations grows in this country yearly Sinhalese, the majority us are slowly growing while other races are growing faster. Can we look after these people all by our selfs. Even though Sri Lanka is a small island no body can understand there ways needs if they are not from the same race. So we need different governing level's for several areas. This is not giving eelam. This is division of power. Sarath Fonseka promises to give a remedy to this root cause. So I will vote him. You'd better do that too If you are thinking of the future.
Centralization of Power :
Having the governing power over everything is like being god. By the ruler of this country is not nominated by the god. The ruler is appointed by the people from the democracy. So he should be a person of power where he cant take decisions by his own. Yes I'm talking about the title precedent in Sri Lanka. By the mishaps happened in the past leads us to a ultimate
disaster by one person having so much power. Lot of other countries like great briton gives thy power people by giving that power to the parliament. Commander of the Army, Thresher ship and the ultimate power over pure honored law in a country leads us to a corrupted situation. Sarath Fonseka has agreed to reduce the power of presidentship and give that power to the people "us". So I will Vote him. Hope You will too
Not Selling off or lying to get votes:
Most of the politicians in the past have blabbered lied & mislead the people to get votes to get in to power. This situates gives birth to the former ended conflict. S.W.R.D Bandaranayake made Sinhala as the language of the state. Was that for us? NO my friends it was for steeling the votes of the peasants. Everybody does the same lies and rips us off. Why do you think a religion should me I our ruling constitution? I'm a Sinhala Buddhist but I never thing that my religon should be prioratied while others get diminished. What are these things, they does things to get our votes without thinking of the future. Sarath Fonseka didn't lie about it, I appriciate him because he didn't say that he's going to ban every single thing that is labeled as for adults. Drugs should be banned without a doubt but as a country if we are going to ban liquor its going backwards. So I vote Sarath for not lying to us.
Act & behave like a gentle man :
As I think, according to my opinion british invasion left us many troubles since they gave us the power to rule at the wrong time. They shouldn't have invaded this country but they did. They shouldn't have taken the governments to their hands but they did. They shouldn't have left and the wrong time by giving us the power they did. More than educated people any one could attend, come to the politics without any resistance. All they need was money & a hateful mouth to rip off poor people like ourself. They scolds at each other try to prove many things. But what happens is nobody takes actions. If somebody is suspect of a crime they can be arrested. Having connection with a terrorist, group is enough to taken him to custody (Ranil). But they just scolds him that is it, Nothing is done. Because all those are said to mislead us. Sarath doesn't do that so I vote for him
