If the people elect me as President, it is not a contract to send Mahinda Rajapaksa home and at the same time send me also home, said Presidential candidate General (Retired) Sarath Fonseka during an interview to the electronic media.

The health services have broken down and needs to be planned and improved. All these subjects (Defence, Finance, Health, Education and Employment) will come under my direct control, Gen. Fonseka added during the interview.
