This thread is for all the EK members who asked questions about their adsense account being banned or rejected through comments and PM. I was supprised to see the number of people who's adsense account were rejected or banned..
but when i checked their site/blog out most were clearly due to violation of Google AdSense content guide lines; if this is the case you will never get accepted.
Anyway First will tackle Adsense Ban
in other words this means termination of your Adsense account for good. This means a great way for you to make some cash over the internet is lost. Some of the more famous reasons for Adsense account to be banned are possibly due to one of the following reasons:-
- You clicked on your own ads or encouraged others to click on your ads
- Your website content were against Google’s Terms of Service (TOS) e.g. illegal stuffs like warez nulled scripts or copyrighted material or even both.
- Modifying the Adsense JavaScript
- Or a host of other reasons that’s not mentioned here. Read the full AdSense policy for further details http://www.google.com/adsense/policies
If you have not done any of this but still google banned you, then you must contact them and resolve your problem, in which case they will give some kind of relief. Remember Google will help you out if your claim is VALID, if otherwise dont even bother trying cause Google wont entertain those claims.
But if you still want to moneytize your blog, but no AdSense.. you can stop worrying because there are many other Ad networks on the internet, may be not as rewarding as google but you'll still be able to make some money outta it. This again is straight case of not adhering to Google adsense guide lines. When Google reviews your application for Adsense, they check to see if you first meet the Terms and conditions put forward by them. Most of the cases for rejection are due to
- Unapproved content by adsense
- Your site must have been active for at least 6 months before you apply for AdSense.
- You must provide accurate personal information with your application that matches the information on your page.
- Your website must contain substantial, original content.
- Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies www.google.com/adsense/policies
Remember if you break google content guidelines the chances of you reapplying succefully is ZERO. So DONT break google content guidelines what so ever. With its increasing popularity google has tightned up its adsense intake policies. They now check your content base and traffic on web/blog before accepting. So its wise to first build your web/blog and let it settle down before applying Adsense. For anyone NEW to internet or Adsense, its way better to first learn about the ways and methods of internet money without hastily jumping into it. There are many scams that come your way, so first understand the internet and its potential. Then when you do start your own web/blog and want to moneytise it, first make sure no copyright protected material is used in your content, build a good base of traffic and content, Wait for a period of time before applying for various ad networks, DONT over crowd the web/blog with ads visitors are turned down by this. NOTICE - Ignore the idiot who is advertising on the comments below that he will set you up a AdSense account for 500/- This could be a scam for all we know.. what if the adsense account he provides gets banned later on when google detects his illegal method of signing up and distribution.. then all your earnings and hard work you put in is all lost. And you wont be able legitimately apply yourself after the ban. These are the types of scams i was talking about, dont get ripped by people like this. And its not like he's offering new accounts to banned members, he has said so himself. You can DO it YOURSELF, it only takes a little hard work. Dont loose your available opportunities to quick but ever failing scams like this. Dont get caught to scams.
