Because there is an Application in your PC that force to Restart ur PC when the specific conditions are met ,it's called some sort of Malware and you can't get rid that without finding the real application ,most of Antivirus programs don't find like that programs because they do nothing(the Malware) just waiting until their conditions come ,So Download the CCleaner and go to ->Tools->Startup then Disable or Delete any suspicious program ,then Restart your PC then it will be alright./!

well Malware is defined as do any threat to any kind of System with or without informing the owner (if you do any kind of harm to your PC then yourself(your software) is defined as a Threat relative to the system so you become a Malware but it should be a Software not a person)

but according to Wikipedia it says
Malware, short for malicious software, is software designed to infiltrate a computer system without the owner's informed consent

but I don't agree with that because in future there maybe Robots that can think like Human-beings so the Definition should be changed ,always Think relative to the system not us ,example toxin is a threat to us likewise Malware is a threat to Electronic Systems so it doesn't need to inform to owner ,owner is also a Threat if he/she make a software against the System.!!
